Life
coaching is a process that starts where you are now and moves you to
where you would ideally like to be in your life. Co-active
coaching is the style I use and is a unique alliance in which you and I
work together as equals to meet your needs. A coach helps you find
clarity and direction in your life and supports you in a non-judgmental
way to take actions needed to reach your goals. I
provide a supportive environment and use a variety of methods to help
you discover what you truly want and how to have it. As your coach I
will encourage you, challenge you, support you, hold you accountable to
YOUR agenda, and see you as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. I
will not fix you, as there is nothing to fix. You are the best authority
for your life and have all the answers you need. It is my job as your
coach to bring them out and help move you forward with YOUR agenda. No
matter what your goals are The Pregnancy Coach can help you. So
